We are officially at a 2 story bee hive 😎


Trusting your gut with beekeeping is difficult. 2 weeks ago, they weren’t quite ready for a 2nd deep box. And I’m like… is it too soon? If I wait will it be too late? I knew the next 2 weeks were going to be really nice and made the decision to wait.


And I’m glad I did. Lots of honey stored, and numbers were booming. They’re not short of any pollen or nectar that’s for sure! Glad I waited.


I wish I would’ve got a video/picture but I was a little nervous opening the hive this time. Last time I froze and ended the inspection early due to the amount of bees that were in there.

This time I was just trying to conquer anxiety so I had more confidence next time. First year beekeeper things 😅

Hey yall 🫶

It’s been very hot here. Very rainy too. It’s not the best weather for the bees. I’m hoping the weather gets a little better so I can check things out !


In the meantime, I have trailcam shorts uploaded and will continue to!


I have a new video coming soon of the waxed bee frames I did and how that’s coming along in the hive the last time I checked.
