If you are feeling ungrounded, like your head is spinning energetically (not dizziness), it could be a surge of energy entering your crown, causing a lag in third eye processing. It's a lot. A lot, a lot, and should not be a surprise if it's hard to explain or make sense of.

This feeling will pass, as the energy integrates. To allow it to settle, remember breathing, and also direct the energy down your spine, to your root. It's a way of accepting it, and allowing it to settle in the areas it is shifting.

There is an impact on the solar plexus as well, so continue to breathe into it (from your root), and release this energy through your out-breath.

Grounding is also a good idea.

This energy also arrives with what feels like mixed "mental" feelings (you kind of don't feel right, but you "know" nothing is wrong). This can feel overwhelming, physically, but your system can handle it. It's just the unfamiliarity and the quantum that feels ungrounding. These are upgrades, not warnings.

I also saw a bubble surrounding your heart, as if to protect it from misunderstanding the process that is underway.

It's like something it happening far, far away, you can feel it and hear it, but you have no idea what's going on.

This message is for clarity in the interim. Remember your intentions as you interact with how these feelings land.

I'm not even mentioning thought because it is difficult to think when there is so much traffic.

I don’t know who'll appreciate this, and it probably goes down as one of the weirdest things I’ve done, but it makes sense to me, and helped me understand how I function, which I have often found difficult to explain in relationships —

I asked ChatGPT to draw me a diagram that represents what my “quantum field” looks like, using language that reflects how I experience myself.

At the centre is me — the internal “wheel” through which everything is processed (clarity and understanding). Around that, it shows the ongoing balance I’m always maintaining, and the layers of perception and filters that are constantly active, consciously and unconsciously.

It also includes everything outside my field that is continually entering it — things like noise, static, opportunities (both physical and non-physical), other people, and even my own thoughts and emotions. All of this is constantly being filtered through my boundaries, discerning through all that information, in order to preserve balance. This process is always happening.

What I’ve realised is that things become difficult for me when the other person doesn’t have the capacity to do this for themselves. The result is that my system begins to compensate, and in doing this, I compromise my own ability to stay in balance and take care of myself. That’s how self-abandonment happens for me. It’s not always intentional, but it is the outcome.

By the way, I didn’t actually show this to anyone — I just used it to help me understand myself better. And also, once I was done, I laughed a little, at the thought of actually explaining myself using this 🤣

One of the things I have wanted to share for a long time, is my annual playlist. I have hesitated for a number of reasons, but definitely one of the main ones is that I have all my songs on an Apple playlist, and not everyone is there.

As much as I build it from that midnight, I go back to each year whenever I feel that I want to revisit a place. I know you know what I mean.

Hello to you all my special family. Sending you all wishes of peace this season. I know that for some, it's a deeply precious time, for others, it can feel lonely, or stressful. I'm sending love and peace to all of you.

On a lighter note, I seriously considered telling my children Santa doesn't exist. I settled on saying that Jesus is more real 😂🤣 and then I slipped on the detail of how I chose one of their gifts, and when they asked whether Santa gave me the money, I said "Absolutely not!" 🤣🤣🤣

I have my children home with me for longer than usual, hence my silence, or who knows, perhaps there is something else I'm working on in the cosmos 😅
