Thank you to all who came to our Sourdough Workshop Community Event this past Saturday!

Tammy shared, "Within me personally, it felt fulfilling to share what I know with others. I loved the energy that Misty shared through her prayer and goodness that she puts into her starter and bread!

A fun side note, one of my daughters came to the activity with a sore leg, tailbone, and arm from falling off a horse earlier in the week. When we left the activity, her pain was 100% gone and has not returned.
We talked about the love and light that was felt at the activity and the likely possibility that she was healed from that energy.

So grateful for the feeling of Soul family that I feel at all these activities. "

Misty shared, "I think there is so much magic held in the process of “breaking bread” to feed someone with true sustenance is more than just grains and water. It’s filling us with life force energy, it’s sharing a part of our frequency and gift that was meant to be radiated into the world with pure authentic love and light. I get so excited to share the process with others in hopes of connecting our hearts and communities together through God's Light."
