HOW TO MASTER PHYSCHOLOGY 101 (In Trading)

You don’t need to take every single trade setup.
Honestly, you probably only need one to two good trades a week, that’s it.

When you slow down like that, you start winning more often.
You have more peace about your trading.
You stop chasing money.
And that’s when you finally start trading, not gambling.

Here’s the truth:
You have to lose live money before you really learn.
Because when you’re trading a demo or challenge account, you don’t feel the loss.
It’s not your money so subconsciously, you stop caring.

That’s what messes with your psychology.
You start taking every setup.
You stop being disciplined.
You break your own rules.
You trade emotionally.

But once you start using your own capital, even if it’s small, everything changes.
You become patient.
You start respecting your rules.
You risk properly because you know this is real money.
It’s no longer a game.

Trading is a business.
And it’s probably one of the easiest businesses in the world to make serious money doing less work, if your mindset is right.

Stop worrying about what everyone else is doing.
Focus on yourself.
That’s exactly how the 1% got where they are, self-focus, not comparison.

They looked at their weaknesses, worked on them, and turned them into strengths.
You can do the same.

Trading isn’t hard.
Fix your psychology, and watch how everything else falls into place.

UNDERSTANDING RISK MANAGEMENT

The biggest hurdle in trading, without a doubt, is risk management. Once you truly understand proper risk, the numbers naturally begin to climb.

I always say it’s not about the numbers (aka profit), it’s about the percentages. You can make 10% or even 100% on a $100 account, and yeah, that’s only $10 or $100 in profit. People might look at that and laugh. But take that same percentage and apply it to a $100,000 account now 10% is $10,000 and 100% is $100,000.

Same percentages. Different mindset. Risk management is everything.

The Bible doesn't discuss "risk management" but it provides wisdom on making decisions and being good stewards.

Proverbs 21:5 - "The plan of the diligent leads surely to abundance, but everyone who is hasty comes only to poverty." This is encouraging careful planning and consideration.

Also, Luke 14:28, Jesus teaches about counting the cost before undertaking a project, which reflects the importance of assessing risks. Overall, God calls us to be wise and thoughtful in our actions while trusting Him with the outcomes.

Are you ready for a change in your life?

If so, YOU have to get to work and build momentum. No one else is going to do the things YOU need to do to reach the next level. It all depends on what you’re willing to sacrifice to get there.

The truth is, the journey to success isn’t hard — it’s consistent. The steps are as simple as tying your shoes. When we were kids, we didn’t know how to do it, but the only way we learned… was by trying. You failed over and over, but you never stopped. You had people guiding you — parents, uncles, cousins, friends — all telling you, “You can do it.” And eventually, through repetition, discipline, and faith, you tied those laces with your eyes closed.

What if I told you that same formula is the foundation of success?

When you start learning a new skill that can change your life, would you quit after the first failure? Of course not. You’d get up, dust yourself off, and keep going. You’d ask questions. You’d find a mentor who’s already overcome what you’re facing. You’d learn the lesson and not repeat the same mistake — instead, you’d apply a proven strategy.

Now, you look up, and you’re ten steps ahead of everyone else.

Achieving success isn’t hard. You just have to show up every single day — applying the same winning formula — until results show up. That’s discipline, repetition, and above all, faith.

Because without faith, you’ll quit every time fear of failure shows up.

Romans 8:28 says it best:

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

When you yield to Christ, He reveals your purpose. Whether things look good or bad, God is always working for your greater good. If you fail, it’s for your growth. If you succeed, you give Him the praise — because He’s in control.

Stop being afraid. Start your journey.
It won’t be easy, but you and I both know… the outcome is absolutely worth it.

You try so hard to be good…
but somehow, you fail every single time.

What if I told you — it’s not you.
It’s not the things you’re doing.
It’s your mindset.

You feel like you’re in competition every single day — like you’ve got to outwork, outshine, or outperform everyone else.
But the truth is… there is no competition.

Think about it.
There are thousands of players in the NBA, the NFL, the MLB…
But only a handful are great. Only a few rise to the top.

Why?
Because they understand — they’re not competing against anyone else.
They’re competing with themselves.

Every single day, they do the things most people won’t do.
The boring things. The hard things.
The things that nobody sees.

And that’s what separates them.
That’s what makes them different.

So stop looking around.
Put your head down.
Focus on your craft.

Because when you compete with yourself — nobody can beat you.
You know what you’re capable of.
You know how far you can go.

You can’t control the outcome…
but you can control the effort.
You can control your mind.

If it goes bad — good. You learned.
If it goes good — great. That’s what’s supposed to happen.

Now lock in.
It’s a new week.
Let’s work. 💯

Why You’re Failing at Trading?

Let’s be real… you’re not losing because the market’s against you.

You’re losing because you’re breaking your own rules, you’re chasing trades, and you’re ignoring your plan.

The moment you fix you… your trading starts to change.

Are you ready for change in your life? If so, YOU have to get to work and get some momentum going. No one else will do the things YOU need to do in order for YOU to get to the next point in your life. It all depends on what you are willing to sacrifice in order to get there. The journey to success is NOT hard whatsoever, if anything, the steps are the same as tying your shoe strings. We all start off not knowing what to do but the only way we learn how to do it is TO DO IT. You know how many times you failed at tying your shoe? But yet, it still did not stop you from trying again. This task seemed impossible when we were younger, truth be told, but you had guidance every step of the way. Parents, Uncles, Friends, Cousins, Aunties, and etc.... All of them continually planting that seed in your head, that you CAN do it. Soon enough through REPETITION, DISCIPLINE, and FAITH you were able to successfully tie your own shoe and I bet now you can even close your eyes to do so. What if I told you this same formula is used in achieving success.

When you start your journey into learning a new skill set that can bring you a life you always dreamed of, would you quit after your first failure? NO, you would get up dust yourself off and continue on with the journey. Asking questions to the one (Mentor) that have ALREADY surpassed the problem you are facing. Understanding that it was not a failed attempt it was a lesson to be learned. Nevertheless, the next time an obstacle is placed in front of you, you already understand how to get over it based off of the answer you obtain from the person. You have the instilled the DISCIPLINE to not repeat the same mistakes as before but instead apply their strategy, that they have proven to work to the problem. Now, you look up and your 10 steps ahead of everyone else. Achieving success IS NOT HARD!! YOU just have to show up every single day applying the same winning strategy, that has been proven to work, over and over again until you start to see the change. This takes DISCIPLINE, REPETITION, and most of all FAITH. We can always attempt something but without FAITH you will always quit because you are scared of failure.

In the Bible it said this, Romans 8:28 "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." Once you yield to Christ, he will than show you your purpose. No matter good or bad God is always working for the greater good of your life. If you FAIL, there is a lesson to be learned in order for your growth. If you SUCCEED you give him (Jesus Christ) praise, knowing that he was in control. Stop being afraid and GO START your journey, it won't be easy but YOU and I both know the outcome is most definitely worth it.
