I'm a visionary surrealist artist that explores the consciousnes and the connection between us and nature.

I haven't been posting a lot of new work, as of late...due to the amount of time I have been putting into playing with new techniques. Techniques that have been around for some time, ones that I have experimented with before, but now am moving more intentionally into exploring and expanding on.
.
Just love my blends feeling nicer, you know.
.
I also painted my first horse piece. I can tell you that horses are not something I enjoy painting.😅 But, as I experiment through this Lunar series...I will be painting, many things I haven't painted before.

"Ember"
Acrylic on canvas
*Fire horse- lunar zodiac*

"Sometimes, a flame can be utterly extinguished. Sometimes, a flame can shrink and waver, but sometimes a flame refuses to go out. It flares up from the faintest ember to illuminate the darkness, to burn in spite of overwhelming odds." - Karen Hesse

Be well!

Sometimes getting out into nature can reshape the way we think. A symbiotic harmony unfolds...and you connect closer to the source of life itself.
.
I truly enjoy that feeling of being amongst the trees, or the dirt between my fingers as I sow the next harvest.
.
It also is an interesting exploration...into how our ancestors even understood that harmonic balance with nature...or learned it over a millennia of existence...so they could thrive...while also honoring the well being of the land that has given to them.
.
A garden, I feel, is the practice of gratitude.
