Everything God wanted to do on earth, He wanted to do with and through His sons. He sent His Son to save the world and bring many sons to glory.
As a son of God I have the nature and DNA of God. 2 Peter 1:4 (NKJV)We should therefore express that nature and DNA.

But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5 even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.Ephesians 2:4-7

God is only seen through us. He is invisible.
We are an expression of God’s eternal purpose.
God want to make a public unmistakably display of character and intent through us.

Sons of God are not mere men. We are to be all that He is.

PRAYING IN THE SPIRIT.

But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Jude 1:20 NKJV

Praying in the Spirit is praying in the Spirit.That means you're praying from the spirit, that is your location and you are praying in the language of the Spirit. This language is unlimited and pure.

When you're praying in the Spirit, you're praying from the realm and the sphere of the Spirit. Its not mental or soulish. This is the highest spiritual sphere.
As you pray in the spirit you speak the realities, secrets and mysteries.

Speaking in tongue is a spiritual language. As you speak in tongues you operate in the realm of God, Spirit to Spirit.

Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual.1 Corinthians 2:12-13 NKJV

It's believer's responsibility to build up themselves.
On what do a believer should build up themselves.?

But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit,
Jude 1:20 NKJV

The foundation or the basis of prayer that build up a believer is the MOST HOLY FAITH ; The realities of Christianity, truths of gospel, teachings of resurrected Christ.We are building up on a foundation that already exist,Jesus Christ is the sure foundation.

The most holy faith is connected to salvation, gospel of grace and faith.
