Hi Fireside Fam!

This weekend is a special one—episode 200 premieres tomorrow morning (Sunday, 8/24) and we’re also about to cross 25,000 subscribers. I want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you. Fireside has grown into something I’m truly proud of, and it wouldn’t be possible without your support, your comments, and the way you have all helped to build the community to what it is today.

As Fireside has grown, so has the work behind the scenes. Between researching and writing scripts, and then producing two episodes a week, while staying on top of social media, and trying my best to be connected with all of you and the Fireside community—all while running my own company full-time—it’s been a lot to balance. I’ve been thinking a lot recently about how to keep Fireside strong while making sure each episode lives up to the standard you all deserve.

So here’s the plan: Beginning Sunday, September 21, Fireside will move to one video a week, each and every Sunday at 10:30 AM.

This isn’t a step back—it’s a step forward. I still plan on making the same amount of content, just in one episode a week instead of two, and by focusing on one episode, I’ll have more time to pour into the storytelling, research, and atmosphere that makes Fireside what it is.

And this change may even be temporary. I’m testing it out to see how it works for me, and for you.

Most importantly, I want you to know that I’m not going anywhere. I’m more excited than ever about the future of the channel, and I’ve got some incredible mysteries lined up. Plus, you’ll still see surprises and maybe even some bonus uploads along the way.

So, Fireside Fam, mark your calendars. Starting September 21, and every Sunday at 10:30 AM, we'll gather around the fire for a brand-new mystery.
