I started on a year long pursuit of good health starting in April 2025. In a past post I explained why that was necessary. It wasn't all about losing weight. It was about seeing how I could improve all my health numbers all the way around. It is important to me to be able to hike, and walk long streets in my travels. It's important that I work in education again. I can! Yes, I did lose weight. I still have more weight to lose. However, my heart function has improved! I was able to travel and do flights of stairs as well as doing a lot of walking. Transformation was about body, soul and spirit. I know my goals remain. So here's to continuing on in our best life that God has for all of us. See you Sunday at 3pm Central.

I just want you all to know I have not forgot the prayers 29 and 30. It is a year of transformation of health. Transformation is far more than
weight loss. It is being able to have the doctor look at you and say your heart is the best it's ever been in a long time. It is working without a thought of weakness. It is feeling great! Having abundance of energy and accomplishing the goals that are set. It is about doing all the things He has called me to do. It is about traveling and walking long roads with no problems. He is still working on me. MIND>>>BODY<<<SOUL Through Christ I can do all hard things. It is going well!! My prayer is for all of you as well. God's best life!!!
