As I reflect on 2025…
Saying goodbye to 2025 is bittersweet. This year held incredible joy — new memories, new blessings, a precious new granddaughter — and it also carried the deepest heartbreak I never saw coming. My life changed in an instant… and yet God never left my side.

I’ve shared pretty openly about the sudden loss of my sweet husband in July, because this is a community I’ve been building for years, he was my "man behind the scenes" and biggest supporter of my dreams. When we lift each other up — giving all the glory to God — He meets us right in the middle of the pain and carries us through.
This widow’s journey is not one I ever expected, but I’m learning to hold grief and gratitude together… trusting that God is close and steady in every moment. If you didn’t know, I do have a space on my website called “My Widow’s Journey” 💔❤️‍🩹 — a place where I share pieces of this path as God continues to heal, lead, and hold me. It’s not a finished story… just real and unfolding in God’s timing.

I’ve also seen God open new doors in this season. The blessing of my online shop and sharing my creations has reminded me that when we stop holding onto the door knob of what’s behind us, God can lead us forward. I’m grateful for every opportunity He has placed in front of me and every person who has supported this new chapter.
To my community: thank you for your continued prayers, support, kind words, and heartfelt messages. Please keep them coming — I truly feel them surrounding me and lifting me up. 🫶🏻 🥹🤍

This sweet Rustic Winter Skates décor was such a fun one to make! I used a little wood fence from Walmart, added a pine wreath, berries, icy branches, and those sweet glittery skate ornaments from Hobby Lobby. How fun did this turn out?! Just gives me all the winter feels ❄️. It is SOLD but give lots of inspiration for recreation.
