πŸŽ™οΈ FROM NAVY CHIEF TO SEXOLOGY AUTHOR: THE QUESTION THAT STARTED IT ALL
What happens when you spend 22 years building a career and then realize you're asking yourself what comes next?
For me, it started with a simple question:
β€œWhy am I doing the same job I did in the Navy?”
That question eventually led me into a completely different conversation about sexuality, self-awareness, consent, relationships, and authenticity.
During this recent podcast conversation, I explained why I believe sexuality deserves more honest, informed conversations.
Because we're human beings.
We have desires. We experience pleasure. We seek connection.
So why don't people like to talk about that stuff?
That question became the foundation for my upcoming book:
πŸ“– The Psychology of Sexual Authenticity
The title of the book that grew from that conversation.
This book explores how self-awareness, consent, communication, and authenticity can shape the way we understand ourselves and our relationships.
And this podcast conversation is just the beginning.
What do you think makes conversations about sexuality so difficult to have openly?
Subscribe to Radiant Minds for more conversations about sexuality, relationships, identity, wellness, and the human experience.
