Hey All! I’m looking at Tuesday 12/22 as our first member live stream! I will be going into detail about what happened at the plant last week when a chamber on our MBR foamed over (thankfully just soufflé level foaming - no violations just a bit of cleanup!). I’ll have pictures and I’ll share what happened leading up to it, what we did to mitigate it as we saw it getting bad, how we diverted flow on the plant so we could keep processing water, and what the long term solution ended up being. Of course any member questions about exams and career prep will be answered. As we get closer to the date, I’ll share the timing - I’m thinking around noon and we’ll go for 30-45 mins. This is for the Chief level membership only. The replay will be available for members if you can’t make it.

A little preview of upcoming videos! Today a Grade IV Tennessee operator joined me on filming a collaborative video on SBRs! Once that’s edited and he gives the thumbs up, I’ll post it. Next just sent the final edit of the Oregon Wastewater Certification Tutorial to Oregon DEQ for their review. That could take a few weeks to go through all their checks before I post it. Also please mark your calendars for the Grade III Live Exam Prep 12/4 12-2PM Pacific Time (replay will be available to everyone if you can’t make it). The training is built, I’m just polishing it up now. I don’t plan on doing any videos next week. Short week due to Thanksgiving holiday and family is in town. Even a prolific content creator like myself needs a break sometimes 😅
