Okay audiences this post is not for a foamer to complain over more units leaving the Rock Island line for other lines but I'm taking it seriously if metra Rock Island engineers don't want 402 anymore then I will may loose trust on them because did they realize there are some railfans are attracted to that paint for Rock Island line so if Rock Island F40s left for other lines I won't complain because F40s isn't really my thing and they're built from 1977-92 so once again if Metra Rock Island engineers don't want 402 anymore I hate to say this to them but I will loose trust on them or whoever I think @metra keeps on doing this on purpose to make railfans rage and making them upset for doing this, so I'm not loosing trust on Rock Island engineers too much but if they say 402 will not come back I will fully loose trust on Rock Island engineers for doing that so N Video Rail Gaming out have a great day/night.
Time to talk about F40s secret from the past to now 1. Metra F40PH-2 162 on Rock Island Line When it comes to a UP assigned locomotive unit 162 actually used to ran the Rock Island Line from 1983 to 1995 until it was reassigned to UP in 1995 and renamed to "Village of Elburn" in 2006 when UPW line extended West to Elburn.
2. Metra F40PHMs Unit 202 was assigned to BNSF from 1992 to 2005 and moved to Rock Island permanently and 202 been there for well over 20 years, 203 used to be OLS from 2013 to 2018. 207 used to be gray roof till 2022 and then turned to black roofing on top.
3. Metra F40PH-3 111's childhood line: Rock Island Line 111 been on Rock Island Line from 1977 to or 1994 and switched to Milwaukee District Lines from 1994 to 2022 until 111 was called to have a couple of rebuilds, 111 was fully rebuilt on November 2023 and served as Christmas Train and remained on Rock Island line till August 26th, 2025 These Are Times 111 was on Rock Island Line: 1977 to 1994 and again from November 2023 to August 26th, 2025.
4. Metra 128, 151 and 157 With Old Cast P5 These 3 guys were all built for Union Pacific Lines but 128 is older being Built in November 1979, 151 and 157 we're built in 1983 so making them younger than METX 128 and then in late 90s those three engines I think get a rebuild but I know that 128 got rebuild in 2009-2010 and 128 is soon to get a rebuild upcoming in 2025-2026 but will it still have the old cast P5??

Time to talk about F40s secret from the past to now
1. Metra F40PH-2 162 on Rock Island Line
