This is why I created Your Grief Healing Journey.

I created it because I know how painful and consuming grief can be. After losing the love of my life, my Mum and Dad in quick succession. I wanted to create something that could sit beside you through those difficult days, and give you somewhere to turn when you need comfort, emotional support or a way to work through what you are carrying.

Something you can use in your own home, in your own time, whether your loss is recent or something you've been carrying for years.

It’s a 9-week program designed to support you through grief using therapeutic hypnosis, quantum healing, guided meditation, practical guidance and reflection.

The audio sessions help you settle those overwhelming waves, work with guilt, regret and the emotional weight of grief, and explore your continuing connection with your loved one in spirit.
