Had another huge download abut us managing our energy during this particularly choppy time energy wise, so please ensure you are:

1. Grounding physically or in your minds eye
2. Staying hydrated
3. Cleansing and clearing your energy at least once a day (more if possible, I am currently doing this 3 times a day
4. Staying away from MSM and the global drama llamas (anyone spreading fear no matter how well meaning they seem) needs to be avoided like the plague
