A quick update on the Blood of Dawnwalker walkthrough, since I’ve seen a few questions about it.
Don’t worry - the walkthrough is not cancelled or abandoned. I’m definitely continuing it.
Right now, I just want to finish Wolverine first since it’s a much shorter game, and I only have one part left. So I should be back to Blood of Dawnwalker pretty soon.
Once Wolverine is finished, I’ll be focusing only on Blood of Dawnwalker until the entire walkthrough is complete.
I won’t be starting another game in between.

I played about 4 hours of Crimson Desert and yeah… I’m done. I won’t be continuing the walkthrough.
The graphics look amazing most of the time, I’ll give it that. But everything else just feels off. The controls are terrible, and there are so many mechanics thrown at you that I have no idea what’s going on half the time. It is single player MMO.
I’m completely lost in the story. There is no proper cause and effect. I don’t understand what the fuck is happening, why I’m following some cat, or why there’s a teleporting girl. It just feels random and all over the place.
The whole thing feels like an Assassin’s Creed/Ubisoft open world on steroids. I opened the map and it’s ridiculously huge - like multiple Red Dead Redemption maps stacked together. Just thinking about playing this for 100+ hours (300+ for 100%) is exhausting.
In just a few minutes I somehow picked up like 8 wanted posters. The game barely explains its mechanics, and I had to Google how to progress more than once in just 4 hours. That’s just bad design.
I was skeptical before release, but with all this hype i wanted to give it a chance. So yeah… I’m not forcing myself through this. I’d rather play something I actually enjoy.
