Howdy, y'all! I'm Melody Wisp, a Puerto Rican English vTuber and vStreamer! I simulstream primarily on Twitch and YouTube. This is my VOD archive and streaming channel.
I'm a variety streamer, so I play multiple games a week, usually story-rich games, like visual novels, point-and-click adventure games, and RPGs. My favorite sorts are science fiction and horror!
I'm queer -- aromantic asexual, intersex, and agender -- as well as multiply disabled and neurodivergent, and very political. I also use they/them pronouns!
I am also a transcriber, captioner, and transcript proofreader. I love talking about accessibility!
I also like to teach people about stenography, which is a method for writing in shorthand for taking down dictation. I use a Stentura 8000LX, Plover -- which is a free open-source stenography software -- and am writing my own stenography theory. Feel free to ask me any questions about captioning, stenography, transcription, and accessibility!

in case any of you are unaware of my (usual) schedule, here it is:
- Thursdays: Stenography practice
- Fridays: Silent Hill f
- Saturdays: Hollow Knight
- Sundays: Silent Hill f
- Mondays: Hollow Knight
immediately after I end stream, i also upload the horizontal VOD version for each stream, besides Thursdays (since I stream horizontally then).
sometimes i might also stream on Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays, like i did today.
every day, i try to upload a YouTube Short. i have a pretty large backlog. im running out of Shorts for the current games, so do expect some older ones to pop up in your subscriptions feed.

hi subscribers, new and old!
im sorry to say, but im gonna have to postpone playing Yakuza 3 Remastered. the game repeatedly launches to a black screen and then closes immediately after. it's just not working on my computer, and at this point ive done everything i can.
in the meantime, i still have the three Silent Hill games i bought in October that i can play! so expect that and soon Hollow Knight: Silksong to bless your screens.
i'll be buying Yakuza Kiwami 3 when it releases in February. after that, we can continue our journey through Kiryu's life.

Anyway, so I thought I'd share my schedule for the foreseeable future.
4 PM - 7:30 PM EDT (sometimes I extend by 1-2 hours)
- Sunday, Tuesday, Friday: Yakuza 0
- Thursday: Stenography study session
- Monday, Wednesday, Saturday: Persona 5: The Phantom X

Fallout: New Vegas is the favorite of the bunch, receiving 6/8 votes from responders.
Second place is Yakuza: Like a Dragon with 4/8 votes.
3rd place is tied between Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy, Digimon World: Next Order, Gris, Prey, Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion, and Call of Cthulhu at 3/8 votes each.
The remainder have either 0-2 votes to their names.
I wasn't expecting Fallout: New Vegas to get so many votes. It's interesting how I never expect the results from these polls lol

Since I'm due to finish both Hatoful Boyfriend and its sequel Hatoful Boyfriend: Holiday Star in a couple weeks (as of April 19th, 2024), I decided to release my game poll early!
