Hi everyone 🤍🥹
Something really upsetting happened to my videos, and I need your help and advice.
Since last night, I noticed that all my vlog videos inside my USB drive suddenly disappeared. I wanted to upload a new video to my channel, but I couldn’t find any of my files.
As you can see in the image, the folders are there, but the videos inside are missing.
This actually happened before as well. My external hard drive had the same issue, and I lost my videos. I used a recovery software, but the videos only came back in small broken parts, not complete, so I couldn’t use them for my vlogs.
And now, the same thing has happened again with my USB drive…
The strange part is:
The storage still shows about 121GB used
But I cannot see or open any of my video files
Some folders are still fine, but my vlog folders are empty
I didn’t drop the USB, and I handled it carefully.
I’m really confused and sad…
Is this a corruption issue?
Could the files be hidden?
Is there any way to recover them?
If anyone has experience or knows a solution, please guide me 🙏
