It’s going to be a long 75 days! But I WILL be in the 5% that makes it even if I have to crawl to the finish line! Taking bets! 😜
75 hard consists of:
1) 1 daily 45 min work out outside
2) 1 daily 45 min work out inside
3) drinking 1 gallon of water a day
4) maintain a selected diet
5) no cheat meals or alcohol
6) take a daily progress picture
7)Daily 5 min cold shower
8 ) read 10 pages of a non fiction book every day
9) 8 power list critical tasks
10) 10 minutes of dedicated visualization!

What does success looks like to you?
To me, is to be able to skip a day at the office because Jen woke up sick and I get to spend the day with this little monster!
It’s picking up the phone and booking a family vacation on the spot without having to request time off and hope that it gets approved!
It’s scaling my companies so that more people are happy on their way to work and are empowered and cared for by their leader!
Success to me is creating the opportunity to be able to live life in my own terms and always stay true to myself!
Success looks different to different people, whatever your idea of success is, are you doing what it takes to get you there?

Crazy to believe that life can change so fast! Just a few years ago I found myself in the darkest of places, without a clear path! Today, life couldn’t get any better in all fronts! As of yesterday at 5:29 pm I became the proud daddy of this little #Abadassbaby moments like this is what life is all about! And I’m really happy to share it with everyone in our lives! ❤️

Sitting in my office I realized that this year I didn’t really do the whole “New year New me” type thing, and then I looked up and realized that treating each day as if it was an opportunity to have a “New you” whatever that means to you, is really what is all about! Growth is a 365 day a year kinda thing and it shouldn’t only reflect in the first couple weeks of January! I’m super excited about 2023 and I hope that I can show you guys thru this channel all of the things that I am learning and doing in order to become a better version of myself and achieve all of my goals whether they are related to Poker, entrepreneurship, or just life in general!
