Wellness itself can become stressful, especially when you’re already fried. I want to help people avoid that. I’m Maria...a 13+ year 911 operator who is currently juggling PTSD, a CSF leak, a mom with dementia, a relationship, and more supplements than I care to admit. I’ve done the breathwork, the yoga, the CBD, the screaming into a pillow and all kinds of other weird wellness stuff in between.

This channel is me sharing what’s actually helped (and what hasn’t), with zero fluff and zero pressure. I’m not here to sell you magic powders or tell you to just meditate it away (although meditating really does help...I know that's not what most people want to hear!) I’m here to be real, do the research, test things out, and talk about it like a human.
