🚨 ATTENTION, GUYS!! 🚨

The sisters from the CN side have launched a beautiful new campaign called Letters for Valko - and the website and QR code are officially LIVE. 🐺💌

Right now, they are gathered at a café near the PPG building, where they have displayed the letters written by players to the development team and to Ao Yin/Valko. The space is filled with flowers, wolf plushies, artwork and messages from players around the world. Many people visiting the café have already stopped to look, read the letters and take photos.

THIS IS WHAT WE WANT. WE WANT EYES ON US. LOOK AT US.
SEE HOW MUCH LOVE EXISTS FOR THIS CHARACTER AND THE CREATORS OF THIS CHARACTER.

In only a week and a half, players collected, organised and translated more than 160 letters from over 50 countries.
These letters have now been preserved on the Letters for Valko website so that our voices can continue travelling across borders.

The project includes:

🌸 Offline support through flowers, letters and displays at the café
🌐 Online support through the website, photos, videos and official customer-support channels
💌 Future submissions from anyone who still hopes to see the complete story and original vision of Love and Deepspace restored, and Ao Yin reunited with us

The website and QR code will be included with the photos.
You can submit your own message, but please keep everything positive, kind and constructive, as EVERY SUBMISSION WILL BE REVIEWED.

Hai, I’m back 🥹

I hope you’ve all been taking care of yourselves.

Morale seems quite high right now, but also very fragile. Over the past week, we’ve seen several more measured and objective articles- some from non-official commentary sites, and so far *one* published through a genuinely state-affiliated media platform.

I’ve also seen the recent CCTV coverage. While it discusses concerns surrounding minors accessing adult-oriented games, it was considerably more balanced than some people expected (personal interpretation).

That being said, please continue to remain calm. Do not allow unverified rumours, vague screenshots or predictions to send your emotions swinging in either direction.

I’m never here to tell anyone what to do or how to feel, but I do hope we can avoid setting an artificial deadline for when something needs to happen. We simply don’t know what may be happening behind the scenes.

The recent coverage is encouraging, but it is not confirmation of a final outcome. Let’s acknowledge the positive developments without turning them into promises.

As I mentioned in my recent video, silence is something we should expect.
Just because we saw some encouraging news yesterday doesn’t mean we should expect immediate answers.
As you’ve seen, things can appear and disappear just as quickly.

But that does not mean our efforts were in vain.

Please don’t stop just because there isn’t an update today.
This is a marathon, not a sprint.
Don’t set an artificial deadline in your mind. We have no idea what conversations are happening behind closed doors, and not everything will play out publicly.

Please don’t get caught up in baseless rumours, predictions, or anything else that causes your emotions to fluctuate and puts you through unnecessary distress 🫂

Cant verify it yourself? Not worth your time.

On a more personal note, I’m going to take a short break because I’d like to celebrate my birthday in peace 🥹 So if anything happens and I don’t cover it right away, that’s why hehe.

I’ve been seeing several Chinese media outlets report on overseas players continuing to speak up, petition, create, donate, and campaign for Valko/Ao Yin to return.

I found full screenshots of the article, but I personally haven’t been able to access the webpage, and apparently many other people are having the same issue- so I don’t want to share pics I cannot verify and open myself. i'll share the link in the comments tho.

Overall, though, the coverage I’ve seen today has been much more positive. Instead of portraying overseas players as simply being emotional, these articles are acknowledging that the support has continued for weeks and discussing overseas feedback as meaningful player demand that should be taken seriously.

THIS DOES NOT MEAN VALKO'S RETURN IS CONFIRMED, so please keep expectations grounded. But after weeks of feeling ignored, seeing our efforts being acknowledged in Chinese media is still a meaningful development 🥹

Happy timezones, guys. I hope everyone is doing okay.
Quick update: Love and Deepspace will not be participating in BilibiliWorld 2026, and they have issued a formal apology regarding the recent situation.
I’ll provide the translation in the comment section.
Most of the top comments under the post are demanding Valko’s return.

But until we receive another official statement: do not stop. KEEP GOING. KEEP BEING VOCAL ABOUT WHAT WE WANT.

My personal thoughts:
I think this is a well-crafted statement.
Internal review and staff training are a good start. They acknowledged the impact on everyone, not just one side, and there was no self-centered excuse in the wording.

From what they’re saying here, internal reviews are happening. If that means Valko needs to be delayed, I’m absolutely okay with that.
I’m happy they’re taking accountability and compensating everyone affected by the BW2026 cancellation too.

I hope we’ll be getting another statement soon with more clarity on what happens next, especially regarding Valko.
