Israel Joseph I, is a world recognized singer songwriter in the genres of rock, punk rock, reggae and hardcore punk.
Israel has been creating music, recording and touring with music groups since the late 1980s early 1990's writing lyrics, music, making records and touring in bands with world renowned fame such as Bad Brains, album: "Rise", and FireBurn, album: "Don't Stop The Youth". The records produced in these bands are considered classics in their respective categories.
He has has successfully toured and performed on stage with hundreds of artists in the music industry.
Israel is singer, songwriter, instrumentalist, live performance artist, producer, photographer, artist and writer, and has released several solo albums including Ghetto Folk©, Deeper Meaning©, Rod Of Iron©, and his latest album: Meltdown©

The lyrics and vocals for the album Bad Brains "rise", were written to be completely different from anything else that was happening at the time. I didn't want to sound like a grunge guy or one of the soul grunge mixed vocalist or one of the rock rap singers and I didn't want to sound like HR (immense respect) or a rap artist so I had to come up with my own style mixed with the reggae, rock and roll, rap and the hardcore I knew. A little bit of hr's style to keep the fans interested: after all I was writing a record with the Bad Brains themselves; and a lot of my own inventiveness. I would say that I relied 60% on a Bob Marley vibe but I can't explain how that was. I was just a month before performing in Uprizin.
Rise is also written lyrically as a 12-hour day, as "rise" is the song for 6:30 in the morning as the Sun is rising and "without you" is the end of the day in the evening when the moon is out. The songs in between are the full day.
Of course all of that is happening inside all of us as we move through the moods not only in the day but through the year and through the Years. The true rise is from WITHIN.
So rise was like a new type of thing completely unique. I wanted to make a concept album and accomplished that. The album is like a clock or a calendar with 12 songs or 12 steps or 12 hours or 12 months in the year. -Horus El #badbrains rise

They're going to be black vinyl copies for sale and numbered and autographed colored vinyl copies for sale. The 160 grm. colored/black vinyl full color album with lyrics printed on the back cover black inner sleeve and black labels will be between $12 and $15 each
The colored vinyl which will be numbered and signed I hope will be a support system from 100 of my family/friends/fans that will buy them for $40 each which will help cover the cost of pressing the record. A free black vinyl record will also be sent to a lucky few who buy the colored vinyl. Of course vinyl only appreciates over the years so the numbered and signed colored vinyl records will become more valuable as the years go by.
