Stuck in tuck planche and can’t reach advanced tuck?
Here’s the real reason.
It’s not because your core is weak.
It’s not because you don’t understand the technique.
In most cases, the problem is shoulder strength.
In advanced tuck planche, you have to lean much further forward.
This reduces the angle between your arms and your body and massively increases the load on your shoulders.
What usually happens?
From the tuck planche, you try to open into advanced tuck, but your shoulders can’t hold the forward lean.
They’re not strong enough to maintain proper protraction and retraction while the center of mass shifts toward the hips — and as a result, you simply fall.
3 tips to unlock advanced tuck planche:
1️⃣ 15-second solid tuck planche
You should be able to hold a tuck planche for at least 15 seconds with strong protraction, clean line, and full control.
2️⃣ Tuck planche push-ups
If you can do at least 3 controlled tuck planche push-ups, your shoulders are strong enough not only to hold the position, but to move through it.
3️⃣ Resistance band work
Train advanced tuck with a resistance band to adapt your shoulders to the forward lean.
• Start with a strong band
• Hold for 8 seconds with good form
• Switch to a lighter band
• Hold again for 8 seconds
• Remove the band and aim for at least a 3-second hold

Today we’re celebrating our ANNIVERSARY 💍
And in honor of that, I want to share a few facts about us - not to create a perfect image, but to show what actually stands behind the life we live.
Fact 1. We met in 2018 while working in the circus. I was performing dangerous acts at 12 meters high, and she watched every show, afraid I might fall.
Fact 2. In 2020, there was no work. We spent all of my money first, then all of hers. She asked me, “Do you really believe in what you’re doing?” I said yes. Her support became the foundation of everything we have today.
Fact 3. Today she is a full-time stay-at-home mom. She doesn’t work - her focus is our family, our child, and her own growth. She believed in me, and I promised to do everything to provide for our family.
Fact 4. We are best friends to each other. I don’t have female friends, and she doesn’t have male friends.
Fact 5. We make big decisions easily. When my wife was pregnant, we prepared for three months to give birth in Argentina. Thirty hours before the flight, we completely changed plans and moved to Chile. That decision changed our lives and now our daughter is Chilean.
After eight years together, I can say it clearly: growing together, staying loyal, and being best friends are what truly keep a relationship strong.

Everyone Says ‘Be Consistent’… BUT HOW?”
Everyone keeps saying:
“Stay consistent.”
“Be disciplined.”
“Just don’t skip.”
…but nobody explains HOW to actually stay consistent when the world is full of distractions - social media, parties, friends calling you out, long days, low motivation.
Here’s one tip that helped me (and hundreds of my students) stay consistent for YEARS:
Find a training partner.
For real.
If someone is waiting for you, it’s 10× harder to skip.
When you train alone, your mind becomes soft:
“Maybe tomorrow… I’m tired… It’s cold… I’ll skip just once…”
But when you train with someone who is on the same journey:
• You show up because you don’t want to let them down
• You push harder
• You stay disciplined longer
• You progress faster
• And training becomes FUN
If you go to the park - train with your friends.
If you don’t have friends who train - join a community.
Don’t do this alone.
Consistency becomes easy when you have accountability.

Ask yourself honestly:
Why do you train? What is the purpose behind all your reps, your sets, your pain, your discipline?
Because here’s the truth:
If you know exactly why you’re doing calisthenics, you’ll reach your goals no matter what.
If you don’t have a purpose - you’ll give up the moment motivation drops.
And motivation will drop.
You’ll have days when you feel frustrated, stuck, tired, unmotivated…
Days when training feels heavy and nothing works.
Days when you want to go home early.
But if you have a clear purpose, a reason that comes from deep inside, you will still show up and give your best.
Not for the mood.
Not for the motivation.
But for your purpose.
Purpose carries you through 1 year…

10 years.

Ever Wonder Why Others Progress Faster Than You? Read This.
Let’s forget genetics, lifestyle, height, weight.
Let’s take two identical athletes: same weight, same schedule, same program…
But one progresses twice as fast.
Why?
After 10 years of coaching, I see the same pattern again and again:
1👨🏻Some athletes push beyond what the program asks.
When something feels difficult, they don’t stop - they go deeper.
They adjust, they retry, they add extra sets if needed to hit the goal of the session.
I get messages like:
“I did 8 sets instead of 6 because the first two weren’t successful. I wanted to fix it.”
That mindset alone accelerates progress massively.
2👨🏼Others stop the moment it feels uncomfortable.
They hit resistance → they give up.
“It’s too difficult today.”
And this is exactly why they stay stuck.
📈Discipline beats talent.
Elite athletes aren’t elite just because of physical gifts.
They are elite because when it gets hard… they push harder.
When it feels uncomfortable, they stay in the discomfort.
They do the work even when motivation is gone.
It’s the same in business, lifestyle, relationships -
Most people quit when pressure comes.
But the ones who keep pushing through the chaos, the setbacks, the failures…
They always find a way.
So here’s the truth:
If you want elite results, you must be willing to do what others won’t.
Push on the days it feels hard.
Push when the progress is slow.
Push when nothing is perfect.
This is how you separate yourself from everyone else.

If you wake up tired, your body feels drained, or you didn’t recover well — that’s not the day to go crazy.
