One simple tip to improve your Handstand Push-Ups

If you keep falling in HSPU, the problem is usually not raw strength - it’s balance and coordination.

Most people focus only on pushing with the arms and shoulders.
But as you lower down, your shoulders lean forward and your legs move away from the center of mass.

If your legs don’t come back over the center as you push up, balance is lost - no matter how strong your shoulders are.

Key cue:
👉 Drive your heels over your head while pushing up.
Your shoulders and legs must move together.
When they do, HSPU becomes smoother, more controlled, and much easier to balance.

Have you tried this cue before?
Let me know in the comments what you struggle with most in HSPU 💪
