❗️Important for drivers intending to work in Lithuania❗️
📌An application for Lithuanian TRP may be submitted only if there is a valid TRP or national visa issued by Lithuania, a TRC by another EU country .
📌If you already have TRP from another EU country and got it 6 months ago or earlier, when applying for a Lithuanian TRP you will need a police clearance certificate from that country!
📌 Where and how to order it online:
🇪🇸Spain:Via the electronic portal of the Ministry of Justice.
🇵🇱 Poland:(ekrk.ms.gov.pl).
🇪🇪 Estonia:Via the e-Toimik portal.
🇩🇪 Germany:(fuehrungszeugnis.bund.de).
🇱🇻 Latvia:Latvija.gov.lv
🇫🇷 France: Casier Judiciaire National service.
📌Clearer timeframes are being established for when a foreigner holding TRP may apply to change employers—even after the employment relationship has ended—provided that:
1. The foreigner has held a temporary residence permit based on employment for less than 2 years, and
within 10 working days of the termination of the employment relationship, submitted a notification via MIGRIS regarding the end of employment and indicated an intention to exercise the right to change employers;
2. A foreign national holding a TRP based on employment for more than 2 years:
2.1. Submitted a notification via MIGRIS regarding the termination of the employment relationship within 10 working days of said termination, indicating an intention to exercise the right to change employers;
2.2. Submitted an application via MIGRIS to change employers within 6 months of the termination of the employment relationship.
📍📌If this is not the first Lithuanian TRP has been issued to you—meaning it is your second one, or third one —and has not yet been valid for six months( it was issued only a few days ago) you can still easily change employer.
