Happy New Year everyone! 🎉

Just thought I'd come up for air and give a super-sneak-peek at a brand new Unreal Engine 5 simulation game project I've been slaving over since the beginning of December last year. 👀

The Steam store page has now been purchased (details soon!) and I aim to have Dev Log #1 on the channel by end of January, so stay tuned!

As 2025 wraps up, I want to thank you for supporting me and the Hydro project this year.

Hydro is my first-ever game and it was developed by just me. I only started learning Unreal Engine in late 2024, so seeing how far the game has come since those early days has been incredible, and your support has made it possible!

Working on Hydro has been exciting and a huge learning experience and I'm happy to share that I have begun tinkering on a brand new project! I’ll share more when the time is right.

I’ll of course continue improving Hydro, and your feedback has been essential, so please keep it coming.

I have a feeling 2026 will be even bigger!

For now, I hope you enjoy seeing-out 2025 doing whatever you love; whether that’s relaxing indoors (maybe with some Hydro?), heading outdoors, or spending time with friends and family.

DEV UPDATE! Veteran Hydro employees should be able to spot the difference (new addition) in the first pic...

That's right, with the upcoming v1.24 update, a new upgrade option for the power station will be available! Also - the fuse & instrument sensor repair process at the Repair Workbench has been greatly improved - using a brand new Repair Worksheet that allows for component inspection and optional repair!

Plus a bunch of other QoL and bug fixes are incoming!

Stay tuned, v1.24 will drop in a matter of days!

Hydro v1.23 has just dropped! Lots of balancing changes, a new 'instrument sensor' mechanic, and heaps of quality and feature updates!
