theory for the city boys rell seas video: check out rell reporters latest video for the clip
video name: "rell seas just dropped awesome sneak peaks!"
At 7:28 I actually theorize that this is actually only for fruits that can create physical constructs that can become weapons (ice, pika, forest) while other logias will get other abilities (ex. magma with magma fist). Furthermore these moves are variants like we saw in not movie 3. if you notice the wind up for the leg style pika move is similar to the movie 1 combat (the scene were they fought with the light fruit). while the axe windup is mimicing the same moves that would fit the excalibur slash move we see in rell seas final teaser. This means that the moves will be less varied like mera but is an understandable way to come up with move variants.
