There are 2 pieces of big news today.

One, the Toronto real estate board released the May market watch report. The market continued to be slow. Number of sales dropped 20% and yet new listings went up by 20% compared to last year.

Not looking good.

But the Bank of Canada finally announced a 0.25% rate cut this morning. It is viewed as a step forward to a series of upcoming rate cuts.

Is this going to turn the slow real estate market around?

In this Sunday's episode, I'm going to share all the details in the market watch report and my view on the market outlook for the second half of this year.

See you on Sunday at 6 pm!

The latest inflation rate in Canada is, surprisingly, at 2.9%!

While it is not exactly at the Bank of Canada's target yet, it won't be going much lower because of ONE thing and rate cut is not going to help at all.

I know you guys really like data analysis episodes, so this Sunday's video will be another one packed with data and graphs.

We are doing to decompose the inflation data and unveil the hidden truth behind, it's guaranteed to be very educational!

See you Sunday at 6 PM EST!

Tomorrow's episode is going to be eye-opening.

I spent a lot of time and effort analyzing data in the 3 hottest real estate markets in Canada:
Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto.

I'm going to discuss about the current market highlights, as well as trends over the past decade.

The discussions will be based on sales activities, pricing, supply and demand conditions (balanced, buyer or seller market).

I personally learned a lot from analyzing the data, so I'm sure this will be a very educational episode!
