Here’s the best time and recommended dosage for each supplement:

1. Multivitamin
Take in the morning with breakfast. Fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) are better absorbed with food.
- Dosage: 1 tablet/capsule per day (as per the product label).

2. Vitamin C
Anytime during the day, preferably with meals to avoid stomach discomfort.
- Dosage: 500-1000 mg daily.

3. Fish Oil
Take with meals, preferably with lunch or dinner to improve absorption and avoid fishy aftertaste.
- Dosage: 1000 mg per day (with 180 mg EPA and 120 mg DHA).

4. Vitamin E
Take with a meal that contains fat to improve absorption.
- Dosage: 15 mg (22.4 IU) per day.

5. Ashwagandha
Take in the evening or before bed to reduce stress and improve sleep, or in the morning to manage daytime stress.
- Dosage: 300-500 mg of standardized extract per day.

This plan follows a 16:8 fasting-to-eating window, where you fast for 16 hours and eat during an
8-hour window.
### Eating Window (1 pm ⁃ 9 pm)
### 1 pm-First Meal (Lunch)
**Vegetarian Option**
⁃ Paneer bhurji with mixed vegetable salad
⁃ 1 multigrain roti or 1 bowl of brown rice
⁃ A bowl of yogurt

**Non-Vegetarian Option**
⁃ Grilled chicken breast with steamed vegetables (carrots, beans, broccoli)
⁃ 1 multigrain roti or 1 bowl of brown rice
⁃ Cucumber and tomato salad
#### 4 pm- Snack
**Vegetarian Option**
⁃ 1 bowl of sprouts chaat (chickpeas, moong, onion, tomato, lemon)
⁃ Handful of roasted peanuts or almonds

**Non-Vegetarian Option**
⁃ Boiled egg salad (2 eggs, lettuce, cucumber, and a sprinkle of black pepper)
⁃ A few nuts like almonds or walnuts
### 6 pm-Pre-Workout Snack (if working out)
⁃ Banana with a spoon of peanut butter
Or, an apple with a handful of almonds
#### 7 pm- Main Meal (Dinner)

**Vegetarian Option**
⁃ Mixed vegetable curry with tofu or paneer
-1 bowl of dal (moong or masoor)
⁃ 1-2 multigrain rotis or a bowl of quinoa


**Non-Vegetarian Option**
⁃ Grilled fish or chicken curry (cooked in minimal oil)
-1 bowl of dal
⁃ 1-2 multigrain rotis or a bowl of quinoa
## 8:30 pm ⁃ Light Snack (if needed)
⁃ **Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian:** 1 glass of warm turmeric milk with a pinch of black pepp
for better digestion and relaxation


### Fasting Window (9 pm -1 pm next day)
During this period, you can have:
-Water
⁃ Green tea or black coffee (no sugar or milk)
⁃ Herbal teas
