Sooo, the VoE Elite Specializations Beta is going on atm. Kitty kinda ended up recording some videos on Heal Alacrity Evoker and Paragon. To allow peoples to check what the gameplay looks like and help them decide if they want to try the builds before the beta is over, Kitty published those videos pretty much as soon as she got them uploaded.
To avoid the feed from being full of Kitty's vids, she only set the couple best ones (Xera and Deimos on Paragon, something on Evoker) to be posted in peoples' feeds but there's almost full W1-4 clear and bunch of strikes on Paragon + some more bosses on Evoker. Those can be found on Kitty's channel in Videos-section.

And if Kitty finds another support build that strikes her fancy, she might record more. But to be honest, don't expect Amalgam or Antiquary videos as Amalgam is mainly a DPS spec (with a non-practical sweaty quickalac heal build) and Antiquary doesn't have any support worth mentioning. DPS builds Kitty's unlikely to try as she's a support main first and foremost and she lacks skills, spear and JW relics so there's way better players to test those. (Yush, Kitty doesn't have JW. And she's now just visiting to check out the beta specs.)

Since the SotO weapon beta is going on, Kitty now figured that she could actually share her Heal Chrono build with rifle. gw2skills.net/editor/?PiwAs2FlNwWYNsD2Ie0T5tXA-DSR…
-Replace GS with rifle, use Relic of Febe if you wanna camp Rifle most of the time or Relic of Monk if you wanna swap weapons for swiftness.
-Shield as 2nd off-hand if you need a block (for ex. Deimos), focus for pulls. GS as 2nd weapon set if you need to push stuff.
-If you don't need big fast CC/extra Distort, you can slow in Time Warp to help Quickness uptime or Gravity Well for slower CC and tiny heal.

How to play:
In rifle, just spam everything off-CD. If you know you need to stab/aegis some particular mechanic, use Well of Precognition for that (or share aegis with F4 or SoI). Just make sure to NOT double-tap rifle 3 ('cause boons) and rifle 5 ('cause barrier and resistance). With Febe relic, you can that way keep up basically everything except Resolution and Quickness/Alacrity (whichever one you didn't choose as chrono GM trait) without having to even think too much about it. (Though thinking is still kinda recommended if you indeed need to block/stab stuff for squad).
If you need to block or pull stuff, swap to 2nd weapon set. Also, if not running Febe relic, swap to 2nd weapon set and back off-CD to keep up that Swiftness anyway.

What it can do:
-Provide full Might, Fury, Quickness/Alacrity, Regen, Protection, Swiftness and good uptime on Vigor, Resistance, Stability and Aegis (Kitty's recorded 70%+ Aegis uptimes on allies at actual bosses)
-Heal in quite substantial amounts
-Extend boons by about 15-17% (so your boon-DPS buddy can go more offensive)
-Block tons of mechs for allies
-Do CS memes and Distort thru stuff. And also die in great many ways by the wonders of CS.
-Usual chrono stuffs by sacrificing Well of Action or Well of Precognition.
-Shoot a portal to your buddy so they can portal onto you. (PMA thing to do for cannon peoples at Sab, as example)

What it can't do:
-Clutch resses (though Feedback ress trait and slotting Feedback as utility does help a bit but slotting the skill is too costly in Kitty's opinion)
-Move super-fast itself (unless sacrificing utilities for it)
-Resolution (but heals so much that it doesn't really matter)
-DPS

And then, reasons on why not to use mantras instead:
-Well of Eternity is better overall heals than traited mantra heal
-Rifle heals more than Mantra of Pain spam

And the reason why traited SoI over shatter heals:
-SoI shares Aegis at pretty short CD as well as extends boons, thus guaranteeing high boon uptimes in basically every scenario as well as lets you Distort through stuff (like VG's greens and blues) while camping rifle. And rifle chrono heals so massively much by itself that the shatter heals would be pretty low value compared to traited SoI. The main argument for shatter heal trait would be condi cleanses but from Kitty's experience, even that's not really that needed, not even at Slothasor if you eat the shake with shield 4 or Distort.

So, regarding Kitty's silence over last 3 months, it might be time for an update about Kitty's situation and her future plans. There's kinda been multiple factors at play and will be in the coming months so unfortunately Kitty can't make many videos nor test stuff very extensively.

Some of the factors:

-Lack of motivation: There was a while with very stale meta and though things are getting slightly better with recent patches, some builds (namely virtuoso and mechanist) are still kinda oppressingly strong, esp. compared to pre-EoD times while some older builds still haven't recovered enough from the major changes when Fury and unique buffs were changed and thus Kitty simply can't do competent enough DPS on many builds she'd like to try. Hopefully they boost some remaining unbuffed weapons in November BP and in some after that. Kitty's darker moods ofc don't help playing, her feeling "meh" about everything when those are going on.
-Success: One of Kitty's driving forces has been providing simple-yet-effective builds, now known as LI (Low intensity). As a small Youtuber she doesn't have the resources nor popularity enough to make them popular but this year some big names (esp. Mukluk but also MTP to mention some) have been spreading knowledge about them and making them more accepted and Anet has also done lots to make them effective alternative.
Also, support gaming isn't limited to unholy trio of Firebrand-Renegade(-Druid) anymore. Just Heal Warrior (requires swapping one trait around in Tactics) and Chrono needing buffs to have viable healer in every class.
Benchmarkers have also been a lot more open to testing various not-so-obvious builds to reveal new ones and thus Kitty kinda feels like some of her main goals has been achieved (though there's still work to do in making some weapons more acceptable but that's up to Anet to tweak the numbers).
At this point, the most meaningful future approach for videos seems to be making meme builds from things that totally shouldn't work. Others have generally better video guides, to be honest.
-Farming legendary gears: During last 18 months, Kitty's been farming legendary gears with 10 weapons, full armors, runes, sigils and trinkets (excluding Conflux that Kitty's currently farming) and as it is known, raids are kinda horrible gold farm.
Kitty's also seriously burnt herself out of fractals, esp. with very limited builds useable in LFG CMs atm, so it's mostly open-world Kitty's been doing for last 9 months if she's been playing and that's not something to make videos of and Kitty's not an entertainer enough to make interesting streams doing it. Sorry.

-Other interests: Kitty's interested in multitude of things and she's recently finally got stuffs to be productive about some of them so Kitty's focus has been on creative front during last couple months. Though Kitty does kinda have plans for making BGMs for her videos...
-Electricity prices: Kitty really hates bringing irl topics into play but this is kinda pressing matter in this regard. So, Kitty's living in Finland and Winter is coming. Due to situation here in Europe, esp. in Finland's location, electricity prices are currently going through the roof (+700% in last 4 months for Kitty and getting worse as it gets colder) and like many europeans, Kitty needs to adapt. In her case, that's by limiting gaming/PC intensive stuffs to nighttime (if she's awake) when electricity is cheapest and recording+editing videos simply isn't something Kitty could afford to do atm. Sorry.

So, Kitty's GW2 plans for the winter to hopefully get back into making videos when things get better:
-Kitty's prolly farming remaining legendaries she needs to fulfill all weapons slots (just enough to have 2 maces, 2 axes, 1 greatsword, 1 scepter, 1 focus etc.)
-Making BGMs for various characters so the videos could use some non-GW2 musics (900 videos with same 18 BGMs gets kinda boring, don't they?) and Kitty could maybe stream with a cinematic playlist of her own.
-Possible single gameplay videos if there's something that just really needs to be done.

Regarding future videos, Kitty's got a question: do you prefer the videos with (semi-)educational "subtitles" or without? Also, if you have any thought or comments about it, please write below.
And on a side note: Sorry about less videos lately >.<' Kitty's been farming legendary gears (armors, sigils and now runes) to test even further when EoD comes but she's done with that in a month and that'll let Kitty pick up her editing pace again!
