A great auto repair shop always has a great clean up guy that usually gets very little recognition. This is Pastor Mike. He’s worked with us for 5 years now and we’ve never had anyone better at keeping both of our shops clean. Many of you comment about it on the videos. Well here’s the man that makes it happen.

It’s funny that it all started because we needed the shop cleaned for our Jr Technician night and asked for his help because of the help he gave us during Mrs.Pats Helping Hands (more on this event later). Well, the next day we offered him a job and he’s been with us ever since.

And he does so much more as well by taking clients home, delivering vehicles, going to jump people off, making trips all over for parts. He’s a great asset to our company and we are extremely grateful for him! And he always has an amazing attitude! So thanks Mike for your dedication to our company and I know all the guys love having you around to keep their bays clean when working! And if you’re a shop out there reading this, go find someone like this. You will not regret it!!

Many of you don’t know this about my dad, so I wanted to share a little on his birthday. From the time I was a baby, my dad raised me by himself. Of course he was blessed to have a support system, especially my grandmother and aunt, but I always look back with so much gratefulness in the sacrifices he poured out each and every day to give so much to me. Our lives weren’t flashy. We grew up in a single wide trailer, sometimes without A/C in the heat of south Ga summers. He drove around whatever beater he could get, and always kept it going as we would expect. And he kept grinding. He had a vision to own a shop and although all odds were stacked against him, he made it happen. Somehow this man ran a shop, coached my hockey teams, and raised a son. And if you know competitive hockey, you know how much time has to be dedicated to it.

Does this mean it was easy? Not at all. The shop struggled A LOT. There were times when things didn’t look good. But he persevered through it all and slowly it began to be built to where it is today. This isn’t just 28 years of work since owning the shop. This goes back to his teenager years. He was always a grinder. He always had the work ethic. I’m grateful that he has passed on those ethics to both myself and his grandchildren. I’m grateful for him and everything he has done for our family. So thank you Dad. And hope you have a great birthday!

This 2011 Jeep Wrangler with a 3.8L is the 3rd vehicle in the past 3 weeks that has come from somewhere else with a “diagnosis” of needing an engine. The first two were incorrect. Will this be the same result? Still finishing everything up but hopefully we will be able to at least have a part 1 up this weekend! Can’t wait for y’all to see this one!

WE ARE HIRING! We’ve added some pieces to the team this past few months but we still have some needs for our rapidly growing business! The phones are ringing off the hook. The bays are always full. The parking lot always looks like this. We are so grateful!

Ideally we need 2 more techs and 1 more service advisor. We are looking for experienced techs who will fit into a family atmosphere and fun culture. We pay well and you won’t find better hours anywhere in the industry that provide work life balance (7-6 with a 1 hour lunch Monday-Thursday).
