" Have a cup of happiness!"

Soul Coffee

Is more always better?

Hello there,
I’m Sol.
How’s it going today? 😊

You know,
people often chase “more” out of greed,
only to end up losing what they already have.

Don’t be greedy—
because we can’t have everything.
But don’t lose heart either—
because it’s impossible to have nothing.

We often think happiness comes from having more,
but it turns out happiness isn’t about owning more—
it’s about needing less.

We’re not anxious because we lack something,
but because our hearts keep telling us
that it’s never enough.

Life has regrets, and it has fulfillment.
It has loss, and it has enjoyment.

And that contrast
is exactly where the true value of happiness lies.

Voilà, La vraie richesse, c’est de savoir que l’on a assez.
(real wealth is knowing when enough is enough)

True happiness comes from
inner contentment,
embracing the present moment,
being grateful for the love and life we already have,
and doing what we love—
loving what we do.

Happiness is not a perfect environment,
but the ability to accept reality as it is.
When the heart is simple,
happiness naturally lives within you.

 occasional indulgence XD
—because life should always have a little fun! Haha~

In this new year,
let’s:
Have smooth sailing, like a little boat gently drifting on the Seine
Find small joys every day, like the smell of fresh bread
Laugh more than we stress
Stay healthy
Live comfortably and freely
Enjoy good food, with happiness overflowing!

In 2026,
may we all live happier, more elegant, more joyful lives.

Have you ever noticed something subtle?
We try to be “focused” every single day,
yet the more we do,
the more scattered we feel.

In the end, nothing truly feels complete.
The problem is not that you are lazy,
nor that you are not smart enoughXD

It is simply this—
from the very beginning,
the mind was settled in the wrong direction.

Most people think focus means
forcing yourself not to be distracted.

But true focus?
is not about endurance or suppression—
it is about being naturally drawn.

When the heart knows its direction,
time disappears on its own.

When aspiration arises,
discipline no longer feels heavy.

That is not willpower.
It is a mind that clearly knows
where it is going.

This is why those who truly go far
are not the ones who never fall,
but the ones who return—again and again.^^

When they drift, they return.
When they are disturbed, they return.
When they feel lost, they return.

And in their darkest moments,
they ask themselves just one question:
“Am I still walking
in the direction my heart truly seeks?”

If the answer is yes,
then even walking slowly is perfectly fine.

Because focus is a powerful energy.
When the mind no longer wanders everywhere,
the world itself feels less obstructive.

It is not that the world makes way for you—
it is that you have finally stopped walking in confusion.

So practice is not about tightening yourself,XDD
but about gently and repeatedly
bringing the mind back to the right direction.

Walking slowly is not a problem,
as long as you are not walking the wrong way.
When the mind is settled,
the path naturally becomes clear~~yo

The Smile Notebook Beneath the Eiffel Tower
what?XD

In Paris, not far from the Eiffel Tower,
there was a woman named Jeanne
who worked at the front desk of a local civil affairs office.

Every day, she faced a steady stream of people—
some impatient, some demanding, some frustrated,
and of course, some kind and courteousXD

But over time,
the tiredness settled into her face
and refused to leave.
Jeanne had developed something close to
a fear of going to work!

She had a small habit.
Whenever she was scolded, misunderstood,
or treated unfairly,
she would open her notebook
and write down the word “endure.”
If the grievance was small,
she wrote it small.
If it hurt deeply,
she wrote it large.
Seven years passed.
Notebook after notebook filled up
page after page of endurance.

One day,
she finally fell ill...

A senior colleague came to visit her,
flipped through those notebooks,
and said softly,
“You weren’t brought down by people.
You were crushed by the weight
of what you chose to keep.”

Hehe~~friends ^^
Throw all the old notebooks away.
Start a new one.
On each page, draw a line down the middle.
On the left, write: “Difficult people.”
On the right: “Kind people.”

From then on—
when she met someone difficult,
she marked the left side.
When she met someone kind,
she crossed out a mark on the left.
And if there were no marks left to cross out,
she drew a smiley face on the right.

Once a week,
she would count.
After leaving the hospital,
Jeanne followed the advice—hesitantly at first.

To her surprise,
although the left side filled up now and then,
it was always balanced out
by the growing number of smiley faces.
Something inside her shifted.
“So it turns out,” she realized,
“there are far more people
who bring me warmth
than those who cause me pain.”

From that day on,
she stopped rushing to write marks.
She listened a little longer.
She responded a little more gently.
With people who were easy to communicate with,
she drew a small smile.

With those who were difficult,
she still did her very best—
and afterward,
she drew an even bigger smile.
:)

Over time,
her notebook filled with nothing but smiles.
And those smiles slowly appeared
on her face,
and settled into her heart.

Her illness faded!
Work was no longer a heavy burden,
but something that provided both a living
and a quiet sense of joy.

A year later,
people heard that Jeanne had gotten married with her soul mate.

The matchmaker
was none other than an elderly woman
who had once scolded her harshly,
but had later been deeply moved
by Jeanne’s patience and kindness XDD

That day,
the wind blew strongly beneath the Eiffel Tower.
The bamboo bent with the wind.
When the wind passed,
it stood upright again—
as if nothing had happened.

Clouds drifted across the river,
leaving reflections behind.
When the clouds moved on,
the water became clear again.
In that moment, Jeanne understood:

A heart should be like clear water
when clouds pass, no trace remains.

And like resilient bamboo
when the wind passes, it does not stay bent.

Most worries are not given to us by others;
they are worries we choose to hold on to.

When you treat yourself with kindness,
are not easily swayed by others,
and do not try to control them either,
confidence and grace arise naturally.

And every miracle,
more often than not,
begins with something very simple—
a smile you choose to offer the world^^hehehe~~

Do you know why a wooden fish is struck when people chant?

Here’s a little secret:
it’s called hitting the fish,
but really
 it’s hitting us XD

So why not hit a chicken or a sheep?
Why a fish?

Well—
fish are among the most hardworking creatures in the world.
They keep their eyes open all day
and swim nonstop.
If even a fish that diligent
needs to be tapped from time to time,
then what about our very human tendency to be lazy? XDD

Because of laziness and drifting along,
many people go through life
without ever truly using their potential,
and in the end, come up empty-handed.
Those who actually accomplish something
are almost always diligent people.
If we want to become more diligent,
we have to keep refining ourselves
and constantly work on overcoming laziness.
Diligence shapes great people—
and it also helps us become
the best version of ourselves.

Especially today,
when competition is intense
and AI is advancing at full speed.
If we don’t move forward,
we’ll be left behind—
or even replaced.
Be lazy for just one minute,
and you might miss a huge opportunity.

So please
don’t make excuses for laziness.^^
Don’t hide behind reasons.
That’s just fooling ourselves.XDD

As an old saying goes:
only when our hair turns white
do we realize how foolish we were.

Focused effort always comes first.

Keep doing really does make up for talent.

Every bit of effort brings real ability.

Everyone who truly loves life
has the drive to overcome laziness.

So, my slightly lazy friends^^
let’s stop making excuses for our failures.

Let’s care for ourselves,
starting by quitting laziness.
Let’s refuse failure,
starting by quitting laziness.
It’s not that others have more opportunities.
It’s not that others are luckier.
It’s simply that effort is rewarded.

You build a connection with one person—
someone else builds connections with a hundred.
You visit one mentor—
someone else visits ten.
When they can’t meet,
they make a phone call.
During holidays,
they send messages and cards.
Other people succeed because they understand this:
you reap what you sow.
Every achievement
stands on top of countless failures.
Consist doing people don’t wait for opportunities—
they look for them,
and they create them.
So if we want to enjoy life
and refuse failure,
let’s start by quitting laziness—today yo

To eat all day and think of nothing?

That’s truly difficult.
One act of diligence brings a hundred skills.
One habit of laziness brings a hundred problems.

Laziness actually drains the body
more than consist doing does XD

Laziness is strange—
it makes us think it’s comfort,
rest, even happiness.

But!
what it really gives us is boredom,
fatigue, emptiness, and doubt.

It steals our hope for the future,
weakens our connections with others,
and slowly makes life feel smaller and heavier.

So come on^^
let’s enjoy a full, meaningful,
and beautiful start to today together đŸŒ±âœš

🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Salut, bonjour ! ^^

Alors allez^^
profitons ensemble
d’un dĂ©but de journĂ©e plein,
riche de sens et de beautĂ© đŸŒ±âœš
hehehe ~~

Hey there^^ How’s it going today?
Flowers don’t bloom for the sake of falling
they bloom to express their fullest beauty.

Life isn’t meant for complaints,
but for finding harmony and happiness.

No matter when or where,
never forget your original intention.

Vanity is not the same as need,
and desire is not the same as necessity.

Chasing only vanity and wants
breeds greed and emptiness...
it leaves the heart hollow.

True success and happiness
come from living freely,
unbound by others’ opinions,
and never held hostage by life itself.

Let’s taste something wonderful today~~ Hehehe~~

🎃Hi, I am Sol. 
You know?
Not all blades cut flesh
— some cut hearts. 😂

‘’Lust wears a blade above the heart.” đŸ”Ș
When beauty calls, reason fades—
and the fool becomes her faithful ghost,
sweeping away his own peace for a smile.

Desire whispers like silk in the dark,
but its price is always written in pain.
A fish that craves the bait meets the hook;
a man that craves the touch meets his doom.

Resist the flame of tonight’s temptation,
or tomorrow’s warmth will turn to ash.
Too many wants, too many chains—
and soon the soul forgets how to rest.

Greed and lust

the oldest tricks of the underworld~~

Halloween isn’t for lazy ghosts asking for treats.
It’s for the monsters making them....🎃

It was a cold, rainy Halloween night.
Witch Mary came back from visiting her hell clients, dripping wet like she just fell into her own potion.
Before she could even dry her broom, two gossiping ghosts in the breakroom started whispering—
đŸ‘» “Did you hear? Mary makes twenty thousand gold coins a month!”
đŸ‘» “Hmph! If I got paid that much, I’d be brewing potions all day too! She’s not special!”
Then suddenly—💹
the Demon Boss appeared behind them, sipping his pumpkin latte.
😈 “No wonder you two will stay broke for eternity,” he said.
“You got the order of success all wrong!
It’s not ‘get 20K first, then work hard’—
it’s ‘work hard first, then earn your magic coins!’”
The ghosts froze, half-transparent in shame XD

“If you can’t earn money, earn wisdom.
If you can’t earn wisdom, earn experience.
And if you can’t earn experience—
at least earn a soul or two.” hehehe
