This one’s a combined Mounjaro Week 23 & 24 update and there’s LOTS to unpack. The last couple of weeks have been a bit up and down if I’m honest — I was feeling a little disappointed in myself — but I’ve pulled it back and ended this week with a solid loss 💪
I also dive into some of the big misconceptions doing the rounds about Mounjaro and health issues, including:
• Gallbladder problems
• Eye issues
• Heart conditions like AFib
There’s a lot being labelled as “Mounjaro side effects” when actually many of these things are linked to weight loss in general — and I wanted to talk about it openly and honestly.
As always… real life, real thoughts, a bit of Alex waffle and hopefully something helpful in there for anyone on a similar journey 🤍
