🚨 SCAM ALERT | TENANT WARNING – GURUGRAM SEC 21 🚨

I stayed 1 full year at Sec 21, Gurugram – H.No. 1225 (Raweri House) and paid my security deposit in good faith.

I vacated last month based on the owner’s promise that my security would be returned by mid-month.

Today:
• Calls are ignored
• Messages unanswered
• Excuses keep changing
• Now there’s straight denial

This is not confusion.
This is intentional delay, harassment, and dishonesty.

Security deposits are hard-earned money, not charity — especially for people living away from home.

I followed rules. I vacated peacefully.
And in return, I got silence.

Posting this so others stay alert.
Silence protects scammers.

I’m sharing this so no one else has to go through what I’m facing right now.

I stayed for 1 full year at Sec 21, Gurugram – H.No. 1225 (Raweri House).
Like every tenant, I paid my security deposit in good faith.

Due to personal reasons, I vacated the place last month, even leaving mid-term, based on the clear promise from the owner that my security amount would be returned by mid of this month.

👉 Fast forward to today:
• Calls are not being picked
• Messages are ignored
• When contacted, excuses change
• Now, there is straight denial of returning my hard-earned money

This is not a misunderstanding.
This is intentional delay, mental harassment, and unethical behavior.

Security deposits are NOT charity.
They are earned money, often saved with difficulty, especially by working professionals and people living away from home.

I trusted words. I followed rules. I vacated peacefully.
And in return, I’m being treated with silence and dishonesty.

📌 To anyone looking for a place in Gurugram (especially Sec 21):
Please verify everything in writing.
Do not rely on verbal promises.
And be extremely cautious before paying security.

I’m putting this out publicly because silence only protects wrongdoers.

If this reaches even one person and saves them from such stress, it’s worth it.
