I regret **not** doing this in my first job.
And no, it wasn't negotiating a higher salary.
It was **not documenting my work.**
Every week, I solved bugs.
Delivered features.
Met deadlines.
Helped my team.
But I never wrote any of it down.
A year later, when it was time to update my resume...

I used to compare myself with everyone.
Someone earned more.
Someone got promoted faster.
Someone had a bigger audience.
It was exhausting.
Then I realized...
Everyone is running a different race.

> Different struggles.

The only comparison that matters...
Is whether you're better than you were yesterday.
Focus on progress.

I clicked "Post."
And it changed my life.
Not because the post went viral.
