But it’s so important for qigong practices, so I try to find out why. Only then that I realized they are aware of one types of abdominal breathing that qigong uses. There are two types of abdominal breathing for qigong, one is natural, the other is reverse. If one don’t work, try the other. You’ll find that abdominal breathing is so enjoyable.
