ok well shit i didn't really expect to be making THIS post so soon but it's probably gonna be the last one i make before my first final stretch run so i'd be missing out if i didn't post it

ok virtually EVERY opinion i dropped on this tower is still the same so i won't bother repeating it. soooooo floor 7 huh? honestly you'd think that if i were to fail any floor a billion times before getting past it once it'd have been 6, but nevermind i suppose. sure not asking to have some shit like 6x15 on my hands. as for the run itself, i think this is the point where i can actually start making arguments for it being harder than my tojj completion, since i got to the end of 7 (specifically 4th last), and if i had gotten past 7, my odds of getting to the final stretch would've been incredibly high due to how easy 8-dropper is. while i don't think i can say end of 7 is a horri run just yet, i don't think high-peak/peak cata would be a controvertial take to hold at all. i don't really want to push any expectations on when i get past 7 either since that kinda mindset really fucked me up during my floor 5 tango, so i'll just keep pushing until i make it to 8. if i have to post about me failing anything from 8-dropper im honestly gonna be a little bit pissed deep down because they really really are easy and basically terrifying floors. cya and wish the starryjemmie good luck

yeah this really came completely out of nowhere LOL. i honestly just decided one day to play tofa for fun, and it seemed like a pretty alright tower to grind, so i just... started grinding it? yeah that's more or less what happened. i'm on day 4 of the grind so far and i'd say it's currently going better than my early tojj grind (getting to 5 tofa is DEFINITELY harder than 7 tojj that isn't even a debate). i also pulled off a 7-dropper run today which on the surface sounds really good since it's more than a third of the entire tower, but it was mostly just a consistency test for me, and i did it on my first attempt past 7. hoping to get a run to floor 6 soon since i can definitely do it (i've gotten past every hard jump on 5 TWICE now im just being edged out), until then ggs on the progress so far

for anyone wondering why the tower of twilight horizon act 2 showcase still isn't out, i stopped building toth shortly after finishing act 1 because of a sudden surge of demotivation, BUT i'm back to building and i'm currently around 65-70% done with floor 7

floor 8, similar to floor 5, is gonna be REALLY long (full length is projected to be 4+ minutes) and split into an inside and outside so act 2 isn't actually that close to completion, but i thought i'd give a progress update regardless to state where things are currently

Floor 6: High Catastrophic, 65s
Floor 7: Peak Catastrophic, 85-90s (out of 55-60s done so far)
Floor 8 Inside: Peak Catastrophic, 120s
Floor 8 Outside: Low Horrific, 120s+

playing tower of wiggly worm has 100% upholded and even radicalized my opinion on wiggle towers, and tower of wigglecore. i am so completely honest when i say that wiggleslop is the worst genre of roblox obbies out there, and tower of wigglecore is easily my least favourite top 1 of all time (and furthermore my least favourite tower of all time, period) JUST for the impact its had on popularizing the genre. tower of wiggly worm is probably the best wiggle tower in my opinion (with the exception of maybe towmmc), but it's still a solid D tier and the only redeeming quality of it is that doing runs from 4+ is maybe kinda funish.
