Wishing you a peaceful and kind start to 2026. Remember that you are on your own unique path. You are not behind. It is not too late. Your community is with you and cheering you on as you go. Progress doesn't need to be massive to matter.
I try so hard to remember this every year when everyone is selling their quick fixes to "get your shit together" and pushing you to work even harder when what you really need is compassion, patience, and rest.
So let's face this next year together! Let's give each other the space to just be. Let's set the pace and make it manageable. I'm with you. We got this!

How are you holding up my friends? I know for myself I really struggle this time of the year. There are so many reasons why and one of them includes not always feeling safe to be myself. I often worry that I'm too much for people and I catch myself trying to minimize ME to fit someone else's expectations...
I remind myself that I'm not "too much" for myself and I'm definitely not "too much" for the RIGHT people in my life. I want you to remember that too. I see you. I believe in you. YOU ARE JUST RIGHT AS YOU ARE. There's no shame in wanting to work on oneself or to have goals or aspirations but know that it's a journey and the you that you are NOW is important and valid too.

I just finished my very first vlog for the channel! 🎉 It's a day in my Autistic life and it's going to go up THIS FRIDAY (the 26th)! I really hope you guys enjoy it because I honestly had a lot of fun putting this one together! 💜
