I love to get my hands dirty, DIY projects are a bliss for me. Thus, my love for working on cars where I do my own maintenance and fix things. I’m a stickler when it comes to doing the work right, according to manufacturer specifications where possible. I will never take shortcuts, especially when it comes to safety.

Talking about safety, I believe its an absolute must to adhere to driving rules and etiquettes. Thus, my attempt at getting this message across.

I shoot all the videos and edit myself. Any criticism or advise is welcome. Please feel free to like, subscribe and comment on any video. As always, thanks for watching.

Many parts of the world have recently and are currently experiencing flooding. Try to avoid driving through a flooded area. If you are and your car stalls, do not attempt to restart it. It may have ingested water which would hydro lock the engine. Hydro lock is when water enters the engine's combustion chamber, which prevents the piston from completing its stroke.

This will seriously damage your engine and in most cases could be a write off. This is for ICE (internal combustion engines) or hybrid vehicles. While electric vehicles cannot be hydro locked, they could face electrical issues if water gets inside. Be safe everyone.

Had a bit of a mini storm pass by just now, high winds. Was told someone's two solar panels blew off. The only damage I can see is the tree branch on the road. Plus, the door bell going off on its own. Should call Scooby Doo and the Gang. Glad its a Sunday as im sure certain areas would be flooded some. Hope everyone is having a good weekend. #lahore #stormyday

With summer here for a lot of us, be careful of keeping any sort of aerosol can (like an air freshener) in your vehicle. Internal temps can rise significantly and cause such pressurized cans to burst, causing damage.

Crack a window or two to prevent heat buildup. This is where door window visors become useful. Have a great weekend everyone!

With a lot of us being in the middle of spring and higher pollen levels (except for my mates down under), its not a bad idea to change out your cabin air filter.

A clean cabin filter can help reduce pollen and other pollutants to make you have a more comfortable drive. Stay safe everyone. #hayfever #rhinitis #allergies

Hey guys! Since I changed the VTEC solenoid gasket two weeks ago, I have driven around 1500 kms (932 miles). This includes a trip to another city where the speed limit is 120 km/h (75 mph), so had plenty of opportunity to hit VTEC.

This was also on a fresh oil change where I had to use thinner oil 0w-20 (Liqui Moly Molygen) as 5w-30 was short in the market. I had switched to this brand of oil due to piston slap so I didn’t want to get any other oil.

I’m glad to say that the oil level hasn’t dropped. This might be the first time in about 2-3 years that I may have oil left over in the bottle. I had wrongly assumed I was burning oil, when now it is evident that it was multiple leaks all along.

I will video update at the next oil change. Hope you all are having a good weekend!

The initial thought on why I started my channel was “why not”. I love working on my own vehicles, so why not record it. Today I thought why not get a simple cake to acknowledge this moment.

I would say, in most cases, it has been more challenging and time consuming to set up a good/right camera angle. Then after, combining all the pieces into a single output.

THANK YOU to all of you who have subscribed and watched my videos. This only motivates me further. Hope you all are having a great weekend! Cheers

I found another leak coming from the VTEC solenoid. The past couple of months I hit VTEC a lot 😊.

The camshaft cover leak that I fixed previously (https://youtu.be/u6IORAQkNC4), that was the perfect chance to change the gasket in the VTEC solenoid. However it didn’t look like it was leaking. Plus, I have seen posts over the years where people say that if you change your oil regularly this gasket will never leak. So I wanted to see this for myself.

Well, this family car, is a single owner vehicle and has had regular oil changes throughout. Now I know, it was bound to leak eventually.

Once I get the part I will record and upload this. On this engine it is relatively easy as its located on the front. Till then, no more hitting VTEC...

Happy New Year to everyone, hope your 2025 is even better than 2024.

I have not posting any major video in a while and the reason has been due to smog. I have had to restrict all outdoor acitivites.

Currently I am working on the engine knocking video (that I mentioned in a previous post). I have had 2 unexpected surprises. Well arn't suprises unexpected?? :\. I will hopefully get the video out in a couple of weeks, weather permitting. Have a great start to 2025!
