Still buzzing after my visit to @theclimbinghangaruk latest wall in Edinburgh! The wall and the problems are so good! Video coming this week of my trip their with some of my tips on how to have the best session possible when you head down to the climbing wall!
Back with another setting video this week with some brand new shapes from @BETASETTINGUK and Vezi Holds! They are so good we ended up setting two boulders at @theclimbinghangaruk when we only meant to set one 😂. As always expect some big falls from George and two very cool and different comp boulders!

Mobility is such an important part of climbing but often gets ignored over strength and power training but building in mobility sessions into your training will lead to noticeable gains so quickly!
We are back on the Fifty Best 7's tour tonight with the second part of our Journey to Northern Ireland! This week we have more classics from Fairhead (seriously guys, it is amazing) and then we venture to Spud Cave which is one of the most CRAZY places I have climbed on this whole tour!
No video this week as I am up with these legends at the Kendal Mountain Festival weekend, but will be back with Northern Ireland part 2 on the Fifty Best tour next week and then BACK with the training videos very soon!
Tonight we wave goodbye to North Wales on the 50 best tour but we are going out with a BANG with one of the very best 7's I have climbed on this tour so far as well as sampling some of the best from some lesser travelled spots around North Wales. Plus Parisellas Cave... I mean, it had to go in right?!
This week, we head to the mighty North Wales! There are SO many classics up here, these are going to be two jam packed episodes of non-stop bangers! (or Bangor's...i'm sorry, I will stop now). Just in time for Halloween, we also have spooky highballs and even a horde of spiders for this episode so tune in for the fun!
