INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roast carrots and onions in one pan. 2. Place butternut squash on the separate baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and all the spices, then roast it all for about 45-60min. 3. Wait until it is cool to scoop out pumpkin flesh and put it in the blender, along with other veggies. Add vegetable broth gradually to the mixer. 4. Put it all in the pot, bring it to boil and enjoy!
