David embarked on a rewarding 30-year career as a building architect before pursuing his passion for art. He now channels his modern design aesthetic into utterly unique digital paintings crafted from his stunning photography. Now leveraging AI tools, David explores new permutations, aiming for sensory allure and intellectual engagement.

Based in Upstate South Carolina, David and his wife Irina find daily inspiration in the natural beauty surrounding them on their small sustainable homestead. He also creates original oil and acrylic works.

As an artist, David remains focused on innovating through exploration. He has recently begun generating and modifying art using evolving AI tools and also producing content for his Youtube channel, @quickbitehistory, where he provides bite-sized history lessons.
