### Why Eliminate Insulin & Glucose Spikes?

First, let’s talk about why it's so important to avoid those insulin and glucose spikes. When we consume foods high in sugar or simple carbohydrates, our blood sugar levels can spike quickly. This leads to an increase in insulin production, which helps our bodies store fat. Over time, this can contribute to weight gain, cravings, and even fatigue. By stabilizing our blood sugar levels, we can curb those cravings, maintain steady energy, and promote fat loss.

### My 30-Day Diet Plan

Week 1: Clean Up the Diet

- Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with spinach and avocado.
- Snack: A handful of almonds or a small apple with almond butter.
- Lunch: Grilled chicken salad with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and a vinaigrette dressing.
- Snack: Greek yogurt (unsweetened) with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Dinner: Baked salmon with steamed broccoli and quinoa.

Week 2: Add Variety

- Breakfast: Overnight oats made with rolled oats, chia seeds, and unsweetened almond milk, topped with berries.
