I never sleep. I will never die.

Tristan Foss

For anyone who still watches this channel, I would just like to make this quick post not to announce anything especially serious, but rather to explain the past lack of uploads and the likely enough continuation of this. My explanation is in the form of a confession, and the confession is: I have no ability to moderate myself.

What I mean by this is: if I have something addictive in front of me, whether it be YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram on my phone or candy in front of me, I will consume it. I can't tell myself, "Okay, there's twelve Twix bars in the house and you can eat one of them once a week". No, if they're there I'm going to eat them until my stomach refuses to allow it.

The same applies to YouTube. If it's on my PC or on my phone, my entire day is gone. I can't tell myself, "Watch it for max one hour every single day and you're good". If it's right in front of me, I say goodbye to eight hours of my life, if not more. So from now on, I'm not even going to have YouTube on any of my devices. I'm going to use software to block it, and likely to block stuff like Reddit and X and all those other kinds of platforms, too.

This doesn't necessarily mean I'll never upload again, as I can always simply unblock YouTube on my PC or re-enable it on my phone, but I am going to be keeping it pretty much totally deactivated as much as I can, so if I ever have a good idea for a YouTube video, I'll try to carefully craft a video and have it uploaded, which I can do via DaVinci Resolve without ever having to physically enter YouTube, but I can't have the site itself within arm's reach of me because then it's going to destroy my day and distract me from things that actually matter, like university or, I dunno, literally anything else.

So I apologize for the lack of uploads moving forward, but the ability to keep these vices so close to me and only use them in moderation is not something I'm capable of. From now on, if I have an idea for a video that I can upload without ever having to physically use YouTube itself, I'll make that video, but otherwise, I can't do it, because then I'm too near the thing that has more or less killed the last two decades of my life.

People like Nick Fuentes prove that even when you think you've heard it all, there's always someone further to the right.

AI is getting so advanced that if and when we do find the original Jeff the Killer image we'll likely never know because everyone is just going to assume that it's fake.
