🎉 It’s my birthday today! 🎂

Unfortunately, I haven’t had a chance to celebrate because my entire family has been sick. We’ve all been under the weather since Monday, and I honestly can’t remember the last time all of us were this sick at the same time.

In fact, I don’t even think I can **stomach** birthday cake! 🤢

When you *can't stomach* something, it can mean:
• You're too sick or nauseous to eat it.
• Or, more generally, you can't tolerate or stand something.

In my case, I mean I'm so sick that I don't think I could even eat birthday cake. 🤒

If you'd like to give me a little birthday present, I'd absolutely love it if you checked out a few of my latest YouTube videos. 😊 I’ve uploaded some new lessons recently, and I don’t think many people have discovered them yet. Hey my lovely students!
Want to sound more natural when talking about money in English? Here are 3 super useful phrasal verbs to learn today:

1. Pay off – This means to finish paying a debt.
Example: I finally paid off my student loan!

2. Dip into – To use some of your savings.
Example: I had to dip into my emergency fund to fix my car.

3. Cut back (on something) – To spend less.
Example: I'm trying to cut back on eating out to save money.
