Feeling the sun on my skin, toes in the sand, wind in my hair... I sometimes forget how healing nature can be. I spent an afternoon at the beach watching the sunset, and now I'm left wondering why I don't do this more often!

There's something about nature that calms me right down and grounds me — maybe that's the reason why I've filled my home with so many plants 🪴
