USAPANG CREDIT CARD! 🚨HUWAG MAGBAYAD NG MINIMUM NA BAYAD🚨
Kung mayroon kang $5,000 na balanse sa credit card at gumawa ng minimum na pagbabayad na $30 bawat buwan, narito ang aasahan sa 25% taunang rate ng interes:
1. Pag-iipon ng Interes: Maaari kang makaipon ng humigit-kumulang $1,250 sa interes sa unang taon.
2. Mahabang Oras ng Pagbabayad: Ang pagbabayad lamang ng $30 sa isang buwan ay maaaring tumagal ng higit sa 20 taon upang mabayaran ang balanse.
3. Kabuuang Gastos: Maaari kang magbayad ng humigit-kumulang $8,000 hanggang $9,000 bilang interes, na dinadala ang kabuuang gastos sa humigit-kumulang $13,000 hanggang $14,000.
Ang paggawa lamang ng mga minimum na pagbabayad ay humahantong sa mahabang panahon ng pagbabayad at mataas na mga gastos sa interes. Ang pagbabayad ng higit sa minimum ay makakatipid sa iyo ng pera at makatutulong sa iyong mabayaran ang utang nang mas mabilis.
Understanding the announcement made today: Minister Boissonnault reducing the number of temporary foreign workers in Canada...please note that this is all over Canada now (after Quebec's announcement earlier). This is only for a low-wage job LMIA applications, EXCEPT Agriculture, Constructions and HealthCare (Support Worker, First Aid, LPN, etc.). So meaning one example of this low wage job is the HOUSEKEEPING, so all LMIA applications for intended occupation-Housekeeping will be refused. Also note that this announcement is for CMA only meaning for now Rural Areas are not included, however in the next 3 months there will be another changes for LMIA application even for (high-wage) and occupations intended for rural areas. Also Work Permit will now be reduced to 1 year only from the usual 2 years. Actually I am seeing a WP approved for construction job for 3 years.
