There’s a moment when you know something needs to change.
You know you’re meant for more.

And then there’s getting there.
Actually making it real.
That part?
Messy.
Chaotic.
Hard.
A lot of us want the dream . . .
but not the ten-toes-down work of being the woman who can hold it.
I see this moment come up again and again
in my clients
in the woman I used to be.
I remember wanting to embrace and push away my dream.
I remember thinking and saying . . .
