I had two shoulder surgeries done in 2014-2015
I was dealing with shoulder pain from sports and lifting weights for so long
I tried everything from physical therapy, massage, pain medication, and injections
I wanted to get back to the things I loved but was dealing with so much pain
I did not think I had any other choice but surgery
Now, 8 years later, all I can do is look back and be even angrier with the entire situation
I EASILY could have avoided both surgeries altogether
I was not struggling with something that required surgery
Rather, I was not seeking out the best resources that could have helped me reach my goals
I needed someone who could truly understand my limitations and the knowledge to get my on the right path
I needed someone who worked SPECIFICALLY with people like me and understood my SPECIFIC goals
This is something I see all the time with athletes in pain, especially pickleball players!
As I began to play pickleball and see many people deal with injuries, I wanted to be the person they could refer to for questions
I wanted to work SPECIFICALLY with this population so they do not need unnecessary injections or surgery.
If you are a pickleball player and have been struggling with pain/injuries, you do not have to give up!
If you want someone who will assess everything and help you reach your fitness/pickleball goals, DM me “pain free” and I will share the details!

Back pain happens to everyone!
This is especially true to those that play pickleball several times per week.
If your back is hurting, one of the following is likely occurring:
1. You spend too much time with passive treatments as opposed to active treatments
2. You are not focusing enough on abdominal activation before activities or exercise.
3. You are compensating due to weakness at some other muscle in your lower extremities.
Don’t let your pain prevent you from competing!
Overcoming back pain requires you to take action!
If you are currently suffering from back pain and want to get back on track, message me “BACK PAIN” and I will send you details on how I can help!
