LP Trixie

On a cold, snowy night in December, Rebel Alley braved the elements to deliver an unforgettable live show at The Bunker in Chicago. Despite a slight delay due to illness, the band proved that nothing—neither weather nor sickness—could stop their fierce spirit and raw energy. The performance, originally scheduled before the holidays, became a testament to Rebel Alley’s dedication to their fans and their craft.

As the snowflakes piled up outside, inside The Bunker, Rebel Alley’s distinctive blend of post-punk and garage rock filled the air, echoing the rebellious energy of the band’s roots. Frontwoman Amelia Thompson led the charge with her commanding vocals, her voice cutting through the cold night and sending waves of adrenaline.

The night was charged with a palpable energy, a mix of anticipation for the long-awaited show and the excitement of finally hearing Rebel Alley perform live. Their post-punk influences were evident in their punchy, high-energy riffs and gritty sound, while their garage rock undertones added a raw, rebellious flair to every song.

Despite the band’s earlier setback, the connection between Rebel Alley and their audience felt stronger than ever. It was clear that this night—delayed, but not diminished—was one for the books.
