Introducing: The Little Lives of the Meraki Meadow!

This book was… a LOT. A lot of passion. A lot of joy. And honestly, a lot of tears. (Chapter Three got me right in the feels, but more on that another time…) This book contains some of my favorite poems I’ve written, a closer look at some of our favorite characters (as well as some new ones!), and a whole lot of encouragement on living the lovely little life you’ve been given.

If you've seen a lil' change in your subscription feed, I want to clear some things up. No, there's not a copycat account stealing my videos; ‪@TheMerakiMeadow‬ is me! I've reposted a few of my Meraki Meadow videos on a new account and collaborated with that channel so they can pop up in your feed.

As you've probably noticed, my channel has shifted in a BIG WAY over the last year and a half. I've left art education behind and dived into videos that will impact creatives more holistically. While I LOVE the videos I've been making (these feel so much more in alignment with my values!), it's come to my attention that many of you... do not.

The majority of new subscribers are coming in via my older education videos (which are also the source of most of my revenue), and the wires are getting crossed on what kind of videos I'm CURRENTLY making. The reality is, the direction I'm going in doesn't resonate with the majority of the people who've subscribed to this channel, and thus my latest videos aren't really reaching the people they're meant for.

All this to say, I'm starting a new channel. One that is dedicated solely to The Meraki Meadow and the values behind it including slow living, stewardship, contentment, and creativity. If art education is what you're seeking, this new channel probably isn't for you (and that's a-okay!) But if you love the Meraki Meadow and what it means, I want to invite you to subscribe to ‪@TheMerakiMeadow‬ (and if you want to further support it, you can watch those videos to give them a lil' boost!)

The Meraki Meadow is truly my passion project, and I believe it has the potential to make a great impact on people. In truth, the declining engagement on this channel has been very discouraging this year, but I don't want that to hinder me from pouring myself into this project. Sometimes giving something its best chance means starting over, and that's what I'm doing here... I won't lie, it's scary starting from zero. But like I said, I believe The Meraki Meadow is made for more, and I want to see where it leads. I hope you want to follow along, too. :)
