Go to a World Cup ✅ this will take time to sink in, but I did it. I went to a World Cup game, and I was lucky enough to witness the team who went on to crown themselves champions, the team my grandfather and my dad's side of the family has always supported tirelessly. Quien me lo hubiese dicho?

I remeber vividly, creo que tenía 10, tal vez 11 años. I went to a friend's house to play, and I remember in his house they had a picture of his parents at a World Cup game in France '98, watching the exact team that went on to become champions. Ever since that moment I dreamt of going to ANY WC game, and here I am 30 years later doing the same. Que bendita locura, estoy seguro que mi abuelo se hubiese alegrado de que vi a su país en un mundial de fútbol.

Long live football and everyone who joined in on the fun. We'll keep the sport safe. See you all in 4 years.

Kinda of a crazy thing to say but 10 years later I'm releasing new music with my band and I got to direct the video too :'). Full circle moment. It's pretty wild to think because this very band (that had been in a hiatus for 10 years) is what propelled me into doing Creative Direction in the music space, and now having the chance to do it for my own band is such a BIG moment for my younger self. This one is for my younger self. Loved making the video. Loved making the music. Loved making the branding. Hope you enjoy it 🌟

Abbey Road Days Archive with Los Mesoneros - a small selection the most extensive coverage I’ve ever done for a job, the work of a lifetime, stuff you dream with.
