But here’s what I see all the time. Someone understands the rules perfectly, yet the moment they speak in real conversation, everything falls apart. It’s like knowing how a car works on paper, but never checking what’s happening under the hood while it’s actually running.
That’s the lesson. Accent work doesn’t fail because people aren’t smart enough. It fails because they’re practicing without real-time feedback and without knowing which mistake matters most right now.
So today, I’m doing something different. A short, free mini live accent coaching session on YouTube. I coach based on what mistakes show up live, the patterns I hear, and whether someone already has an action plan or needs one.
